The Choose Your Own Adventure text adventure Mothmen 1966 is coming and it looks great.
Currently in development by LCB Game Studio and published by Chorus Worldwide, Mothmen 1966 is inspired by mid-20th century pulp fiction and 1980s home computer graphics, and will arrive July 8th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
The first in a series of three games, Mothmen 1966 comes from the minds of novelist Nico Saraintaris and artist Fernando Martinez Ruppel. The game is also the first in a series of interactive adventures called Pixel Pulps.
The first volume will comprise of three games: Mothmen 1966, Varney Lake, and Bahnsen Knights.
The story for Mothmen 1966 centres on the Leonid Meteor Shower. A young couple, a gas station owner, and a paranormal investigator are caught up in a terrifying conspiracy taking place at the edge of their reality.
